Currently, we are managing our customers RMA requests outside of the Sage programs. As far as I can tell, Sage Order Entry does not have a program for users to issue their customers RMA or tentative credits for product they wish to return.

Sage 2019 app n db on one server. SQL database in use. Users of AR module were complaining of batch posting being slow so a reboot was done.
