Does field: OEORDD.UNITPRICE hold a pre-tax value? If not, is there a field that does?

Hi All, Have you tried doing clear history in OE Screen, does it delete the Orders or only the Shipment & Invoices only? I tried clearing the history using the transaction history option as of 12/31/2014, invoice are remove but the order is still…
