Sage 300 2024 - Intelligence Reporting via Web screen

We recently upgraded to Sage 300 2024 and added Web access. Intelligence Reporting does not work with the Web screen. Does anyone know of a workaround or if this may change in the future?

Sage300 2018 Intelligence license are able to see only if run as administrator.

Hi There, We're on Sage 2014 and we know that Intelligence Reporting is already included but when I open any icon I have a missing file [path\bx62a\bicore.exe cannot be found. Checked the path and the file is there. Any idea?

Not a valid Crystal Report

After upgrading to Version 14.1, some of our systems will not print Crystal Reports. When attempting to print we get the following error message. We have attempted to perform the suggested Resolution on KB 55371 with no results. Anyone have any ideas…
