Sage 300

Suddenly having the above error at two different clients. any new information on this error? It appears when running an April 2023 report *only* where it hadn't appeared in the past. Same for January 2023 *only* for the other client.

Would you kindly let me know the Max. Length of SQL password Sage Intelligence Acceptable? My customer change SQL Password to 64bits length… After change, all Sage300 feature works fine but only Sage Intelligence caused password invalid.

I really thought I just exported the customer file to excel from within Sage but I don't see that column anywhere. Or in the SQL tables.
