I have a backup for a company that has not done the year end yet, however there is no ETI records even though there was ETI claimed. They must have had the details loaded so not sure why I cant see it or print it on the system.
Hello, we have a error on only 1 employee payroll screen, it is block by USER. We have reset all USERS, and cleared cookies from setting in Chrome, and still cannot access into the screen.
