I added study leave to an employee in Payroll and now when I search for her on ESS she is not on the User list. When I look at the Default Approval Structure her name is there, in the right place, but it shows (inactive) behind her name.

One of our employees had 2 User Names on ESS. One of them was deleted, as it was a duplicate. But it seems the wrong one was deleted - because now his info is not pulling through from Pastel Payroll, his leave days are wrong, and it doesn't show…

Am I able to change the User Name for ESS? There is a new person taking over the roll of Administrator, so would like her to have her own unique User Name
