Hi, We want to open the option for people to change their banking details through WebSS. In the manual the screen on ESS as the option to attach supporting docs - but our WebESS does not. Where do I add this option so that it reflects on WebSS

The development plans option is ticked for both the user settings and direct reports to in the company rule setup detail, but the option is not pulling through to ESS?

Good day, Kindly assist, end users are unable to access profile on Web ESS. All ports are open for Web ESS. The profile is accessible on the server were Sage 300 People is installed. Thanks Owen
