I would appreciate your view on the following points. I am entering a mass of Journal Vouchers where I need to track the open item due date and penalize any JV that passes a predefined time a late charge is conducted when creating a Payment / Receipt transaction.
I'm sure you know that Sage X3 has the Early Discount / Late Charge function, which only works if the Journal was created using the Customer/Supplier BP invoice. Suppose the Journal was created through Direct entry or import. In that case, the only apparent way to allocate the Early Discount / Late Charge function is by manually assigning it in the Reminder Campaigns Details.
