Apple operating systems and Sage X3

Hello all,

I am the MIS manager for my company and have recently run into an issue with Apple devices and Sage X3. We have both Windows and Apple running in our environment. Our Apple users started reporting numerous fatal errors on their MacBook and desktops. They are able to access the website and login, however will intermittently get kicked out of their session with fatal error code 23. This happens on both wifi and cabled LANs.

Our Windows users are not experiencing any issues.

I started with the company in January and I am not familiar with Sage. I am hoping that someone might have experienced these same issues and has a solution.

    Hello, we are a few versions behind, however this happens on all browsers.  I might have a workaround. We have a firewall redirect for Sage X3 access that takes internal users outside the LAN and back directly into the server. (I took over this firewall and still getting to know the rules and policies on it.) 

    I asked the users to browse to the server via IP address and port number. They are testing now and seem to not have any issues.
