They are able to login and perform transactions, but intermittently get kicked out. This only happens on Apple OS.

What is the Sage X3 Version? Did you check if the browser version is supported: https://online-help.sageerpx3.com/erp/12/staticpost/browsers/ ?

Hello, we are a few versions behind, however this happens on all browsers.  I might have a workaround. We have a firewall redirect for Sage X3 access that takes internal users outside the LAN and back directly into the server. (I took over this firewall and still getting to know the rules and policies on it.) 

I asked the users to browse to the server via IP address and port number. They are testing now and seem to not have any issues.

Were you using an ALIAS with a DNS entry pointing toward a single Syracuse, or running through a reverse proxy ?
Do you have a Syracuse cluster behind this?

No cluster. I recently took over management or our infrastructure. I just noticed that there was a redirect on our firewall for internal users to access Syracuse. I am still getting to know the setup, but this is what was causing the issue with Mac devices. I would still have to look at our DNS entries.

I am new to Sage and how it is set up, so any best practice configurations would be appreciated!
