We have been using the Sage X3 with production scheduler and production scheduler is the most important tool for our operations and work order planning.

Sage X3 version : Enterprise Management V 12.0.19

Production Scheduler : 6.0.2014

We have noticed recently that our memory has been taken more than 70% by the PlannerOne Service. And this leads to slow down our daily operations with Sage X3 as the users are not able to open the windows.

We have gone through the document in the sage knowledgebase KB #92492 The Compatibility Production Scheduler list with X3.

As per the article, it should be the production-scheduler-6.0.1842 for Sage X3 version 12.0.19.

Is this memory utilization and slowness happening due to mismatch of the two versions?

Can someone guide us to solve this technical issue?
