Hi, we use Sage 100 Contractor 23.2.1.0018, i tried to kick off the upgrade a few times, but its just siitting on backing up... for hours. I tried a reboot, no luck. Any thoughts?

I am running Sage 100 Contractor on MS Server 2016. Sage Advisor Update was installed with v20.4 when we did the upgrade from v19.8. When I go into the Sage Advisor Update console, there is no data available. The Sage Business Care Plan status is blank…

At the Link Below you should find an illustrated guide for the V20 upgrade. I highly recommend attending one of the Study Halls. This guide was written when 20.5 was the latest version so it is a bit out of date but the overall process is still the same…
