We have just upgraded our client to Sage 300 Version 2023 from 2016.
In version 2016, when you email statements, it does so through Outlook leaving a copy in the sent items. When we upgraded to 2023, it uses SMTP.
Is there any setting we can change so that sending statements of Accounts is done the old way through outlook?

If you go to Common Services - Company Profile, on the Email tab, there are two choices for Email Service.. You want to select Microsoft Graph..
this will integrate with your Microsoft 365 Email Account..
in Adminstrative Services - Users, you need to specify the Microsoft 365 email account at the bottom.
