Sage 300

Does anyone have a month-end procedure that they follow in Sage 300? Reconciling accounts payable to the balance sheet, etc? I'm looking for something to have everyone follow to ensure that everything is entered correctly.

What happened to the Quarterly Wage on Diskette option? The icon is there, but there's no drop down for tax selection. Is my client supposed to shell out $150 to eFile it with Aatrix, when it used to be free ? That's ridiculous.
