Can someone please tell me what table/column will give me the current fiscal period for a company?

Hi there, After upgrading to sage 2016, we are losing the Users and have to enter them manually. Once they are entered the permissions reappear. Is it normal and is there a way to make sure the users upgrade as well? Thanks
