Sage 100

I would like to run a crystal report from the AR invoice history header and detail tables, they are each about 400,000 kb. therefore the report takes forever to run or does not run at all. Anyone have suggestions? This is Sage 100 advanced v2016

What are the differences between 'Time Created' and 'Time Updated' fields in the invoice history? Assuming they are my local times and that it is based on a 24 hour clock with decimals as fractions of the hour (e.g. 15.5 = 3:30 PM)?
