Problem details

“Unexpected error has occurred” occurs when clicking on the New Quote button on the Sage 300 integrated web screen for a non-existing Sage 300 customer.

Solution details

Within Sage 300 > O/E Options, on the processing tab, ensure that "Allow Non-existent Customers" is ticked.  This would allow quotes and orders to be created without a client ID.
