ISSUE:

How to create Transactions like bank charges and interest rates automatically using Advanced bank statement

RESOLUTION:

Use the search term list function to create matching criteria such as Payment reference and BP reference.

Details such as Payment attribute, account, and distribution to be used to create a transaction need to also be entered on search term list screen.

Process

1.Import the bank statement

2.Match the statement so that the transactions that matches the search term list are matched with match letters AS

.

3.Validate the statement so that the transactions with match letter AS can be created and posted.
