The following patches and hotfixes are available for download on our ftp site.  If you cannot find any hotfix mentioned in this blog, you can reach out to us using the normal support channel.

V12: Sage X3 2020 R4:

2020 R4 release contains the complete Flash component replacement:

• Applicative patch V12 patch 24
• SyracuseServer 12.9.1 

Customers using 2020 R1 to 2020 R3 (V12 patch 21 to patch 23) who wants to activate Flash Component replacement: 

• Update Syracuse to the latest available Syracuse Server (Syracuse 12.9.1 at least)
• Install the following hotfixes depending on your current application level:
  • If the application is 12.0.23 (2020 R3): You must install the following hotfix: 
    Sage X3: WX_VP_R090_024.zip
    
    
    
  • If the application is 12.0.22 or 12.0.21 (2020 R2 or 2020 R1), you must install the following hotfixes:
    Sage X3: WX_195292_R090_023.zip and WX_VP_R090_024.zip
    

Before 2020 R1 release, we do not guarantee the installation of those hotfixes.

SAGE X3 V11:

V11 Patch 18 release contains Flash component replacement:

• V11 patch 18 + hotfixes WX_07014_R080 and WX_07016_R080
• SyracuseServer 11.24.1

If a customer is using the following V11 patches 15 -17 and wants to activate Flash Component replacement: 

• Update Syracuse to the latest available Syracuse Server (Syracuse 11.24.1 at least)
• If your application is between 11.0.15 and 11.0.17: install EXTRACT_X3_1.11.0_6828.zip, EXTRACT_X3_1.11.0_6946.zip and WX_07014_R080 and WX_07016_R080 hotfixes

Before V11 patch 15 release, we do not guarantee the installation of those hotfixes.

 SAGE X3 PU9, PU8, V7.1, V7.0, V6.5:

According to the Lifecycle, we will not deliver Flash replacement for this release.
