Maternity leave is 84 calendar days and employees are put on half salary,that is for 3 months employee will be on half salary.

Employees go on maternity either before payroll cut off date or after.If they go after it means their half salary will begin the following month.How does one ensure that the system automatically stops half salary and reinstate full salary after 3 months has elapsed?Instead of relying on manuall tracking of maternity leave..

Hi Chawada,

The system has a functionality Maternity / Suspension, allowing you to define the payments during the pay periods while an employee is on maternity leave or on suspension.
