Has anyone every experienced an error on E@syfile when inserting the username and password for efiling?

When efiling upgraded last year, it merged our company profiles to one, we were informed to used the old username and current password when submitting on e@syfile - which worked perfectly, however I am having trouble with one our companies this time around.
