ID does not open emailed payslip

Question

I have a number of different clients who's employees are saying that the emailed payslip is not opening with their ID number but the uploaded payslip to Sage Self Service does. 
 What password opens the emailed payslip?

 Normally the password is the employee's Identity number, Passport number, or Date of Birth sequence. 
 If all options shared here do not open the employee's pay slip then please get in contact with our support team through webform . 
 However, If the date of birth does open the employee's pay slip, please click on Verify answer.
