It has been brought to our attention that the Percentages for the Pension and Provident fund codes on our 2020 Update 1a release was changed to the wrong percentages.

Our Development department has fixed this issue and has released an MSI file to address and correct this.

Before downloading the Msi file, please navigate to your Programs list, usually located in the Start Menu, Control Panel.  Please uninstall Pastel Payroll - South Africa.

This Msi file can be found in our Download manager, in the country tab.  Click on the tab that says country and download and install the South Africa file:

Once you have downloaded and installed this file the percentage will be fixed upon running a legislative release.  It is important to note that this will not fix the week's that where processed on the wrong percentage.  You will need to either restore a backup and recapture those weeks, or you will need to make a correction in the current period.
