Have you checked out the SEI online help? See https://onlinehelp.sageenterpriseintelligence.com/Latest/en/Excel-Add-In/user-interface.htm for the Excel Add-in features. Select Formula Drill down.
Another resource would be your Sage business partner who could point you to their SEI expert.
There is also a Sage University session coming up in May: SEI - Sage Enterprise Intelligence for Sage X3 - Using the SEI Addin for Excel
