Try the following

1. Compare your user profile to someone's that can create a products.
2. Is there an access code on the function or table?
3. Run an engine trace to see where it is failing. For instructions, see knowledgebase article How to run an Engine trace in Sage X3 (230724104552830).
4. Open a ticket with your local support team for more in-depth analysis.

Hi Pam,

I have changed the Functional Profile to ADMIN role but the creation of product is still unavailable. Then I tested by providing all the access code to the user and the user was still unable to create the product. Lastly I removed all the lines from the row level permission and the user is able to create the product. I'd like to know why is the row level permission causing the error?
