[X3 Print Server] Question on minimum access permission required to run Sage X3 Print Server service account.

Hi,

Specific limitation: I cannot use Windows default `Administrators` group. At the moment, the service account is using `Users` group.

Sage X3 runtime and Syracuse (after redo of the passphrase for service account) are fine at the moment.

When I configure the Sage X3 Print Server:

    Additional errors from Event Viewer:

    Message 0 [Type 48 - Function : Odbc_verifyDatasource]
    Data source 'ADX_X3V12' : default driver has not be found. 'ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server' has been used in place.

    Message 318 [Type 16 - Function : SQLConfigDataSource]
    Error during the call to a API SqlOdbc
    Detail :
    Could not write to the registry

    Message 317 [Type 16 - Function : SrvImp_ctrlOdbcDS]
    Error during the creation of a data source ODBC
    Detail :
    Data Source : ADX_X3V12 [{SQL SERVER ADDRESS}\X3V12 - x3v12 ()]

    Hi 

    I'm in the same situation, we are not allowed to grant admin privileges to the service account.
    Same issue with the printer server and the supplier told me we could also have some issue when we will apply patch.
    Do you figure a solution to no use admin right
