Billing Templates Layout

We are charging a client a flat fee plus time charges.  The attorney wants the bill to show the time charges, hourly rate as well as the value for each line item billed so it makes it easier for the client to see what we billed for each line item.  My question is there a template in TS that has all these functions already listed in the Invoice so I do not have to create it?  I am not that good with layouts and do not want to have to try and reinvent the wheel.

  • That's a very difficult question for us to answer as every firm may have customized layouts over the time they are using the product, including customizing the default layout. The layout that generally comes as the default is called My Bill Layout. Generally the My Bill Layout shows hours, rates and amounts. However, your firm may have customized this or renamed it. A consultant such as myself can help in creating a layout that meets your needs.

    It shows amount on the layout but nothing is computed.  How fast would you be able to make a layout, i would need it today.  Also how much do you charge?
