Unfortunately you cannot set user level timeouts with the Syracuse component of Sage X3. Per KB ID 77440 "It is not possible to integrate a timeout per user. The timeout is managed by the web browser and as a consequence is a global timeout."

As you may be aware, you can change the timeout using KB ID 41016, however the user level timeout is considered an enhancement request.

You can submit enhancement requests for the X3 product by going to the Sage City>Sage X3 Ideas site or go to http://sagecity.na.sage.com/support_communities/sage_erp_x3/i . More details on entering enhancement request are in KB ID 20665.
