Hi Sammylie,
The issue is that the number of distribution lines with analytical information is greater than the amount in the Screen size field for the Activity Code VTP Number of distributions per job.

The flags have been set on dimensions to carry values forward at year end. You wish wish to rethink whether you need that data carried into the new year.
One of my clients had over 4million combinations of .dimension values against accounts and because they did not need that data it was crashing the system for no valid purpose.
You can always find out dimension totals across multiple years with enquiries, so we turn off the carry forward function. It also speeds up year end
So how do i turn off the carry forward function to speeds up year end because i am having the same issue
Against each dimension type there is a flag "No Carry Forward"
This controls whether values are carried forward.
There is also a flag "Carry forward" on the dimension value. This is irrelevant if the "No Carry Forward flag is ticked on teh type.
Field help (CCEFRW) for dimension value record
If you select the Carry forward check box, the balance for the current dimension is carried forward for the accounts for entries from this dimension (if these have RAN). This allows all the entries from a dimension to be carried forward from one period to another.
This check box is not relevant if the no carry forward check box is selected at the dimension types level.
Yeah thanks, I really appreciate it
