How to CHGSTL for the row not field?

SOLVED

The default background color of a non-highlighted row in a sales order, purchase etc is BACKGREY. When a user is adding a new line to the order we want all other lines to have something like yellow or red...something other than grey. How can I change the entire row color for the lines that aren't active?

Hi , you would have to use the conditional styling to make changes to the row colors. There is a KB example on how to change the background row colors. See KB link HERE. The link should take you to a KB where it uses Sales Order to change the line color based on meeting a criteria. There is also an online help topic on personalization if you want to get super creative, which you can find HERE. Lastly, if you would like to learn even more, we have an instructor lead class that discusses the X3 tools called Common Tools. This class has a whole chapter dedicated to Personalizing the interface. you can locate the class from this LINK.
