We did a customization where the name of the invoice exported as a PDF had the invoice number, customer number, customer PO and one other field i can't remember (sales Order?) made up the name.  It was padded with zero so the field was always in the same position. 

Stephen - what about setting up an export template to export invoices into individual files. Can that be done? 

I was answering the bonus question about the file name.  We didn't use an export template.  We just printed the normal report.  We altered the screen print routine and supressed the grid to make it spit out one named invoice at a time for this customer with minimal clicks.
