unbalanced journal- shipment

SOLVED

we are receiving unbalanced journals on shipments posted for material that was received from production tracking.  We don't have issues with the WIP posting - all is fine however we are having an unbalanced journal when we post the shipment for these goods.   Below is example- the 1853.36 is the labor cost.  Now I see a penny discrepancy in the wip cost inquiry Total vs Total posted.   as mentioned we didn't have an issue with the wip posting but could this be causing the issue with the shipment posting?  Anyone have an idea on how to resolve?

thanks

the journal is configured so I can see the labor costs on separate line.  if you see below here is where having the unbalanced journal. the labor costs total 207.808 and the material costs totals 1943.096 which = 2150.90.   the labor costs is trying to post 207.81 which is correct but also the stj[varval] total is correct at 2150.90.   what would do in this case and the others like it ?  I've added the 'ar2' before the labor cost formula however it didn't help.   i'm really at a loss with this as now have 4 unbalanced journals just from today.  :-(  thanks
