Have you attended a Manufacturing training course yet?
You can account for labour costs either through a Labour work centre or thought tracking an employee or operater.
You select which one you want to use with the general parameter OPRRATE (Set up->General Parameters->Parameter values->GPA->COS->OPRRATE)
1. I have attached a document with screen shots for setting up Routing with Labour work centres and tracking
2. Common data -> Manufacturing tables -> Employees + TrackingLabour Work Centre.docx
3. You select which you wish to use (Work Centre or Operator) Set up->General parameters->Parameter values->GPS->COS->OPRRATE
