I just performed an upgrade of Sage 300 from 17.1.7 to 18.4. I'm at the part in the directions where I need to upgrade my files, but the "Upgrade Files" button is missing under Common Tasks > Tools. Anyone know a fix for this?
Started upgrade last night from 16.1 to 17.1 and it has been at this point for 20 hours. There is activity. I see the TrustedInstaller come and go and there are other processes that are going.
But I m a little nervous...
