Hi, we use Sage 100 Contractor 23.2.1.0018, i tried to kick off the upgrade a few times, but its just siitting on backing up... for hours. I tried a reboot, no luck. Any thoughts?

I just performed an upgrade of Sage 300 from 17.1.7 to 18.4. I'm at the part in the directions where I need to upgrade my files, but the "Upgrade Files" button is missing under Common Tasks > Tools. Anyone know a fix for this?
