I just performed an upgrade of Sage 300 from 17.1.7 to 18.4. I'm at the part in the directions where I need to upgrade my files, but the "Upgrade Files" button is missing under Common Tasks > Tools. Anyone know a fix for this?

Does anyone know when CRE 2020 is due for release? I notice that there was no release for 2019.
