Security Record not letting us link contract to job after 22.2 upgrade. What is the fix to this error message?

Upgrading 150 endpoints will be as disruptive as migrating to a new server, and doing this for year-end close would be a real bummer. Will we be able to close the year with Sage 20.x? Updates, I understand, upGRADE is a different problem.
