Sage Construction & Real Estate

We are looking to edit the way our format for the schedule of values outputs & prints, is there a way to edit this? Or is this a default that is unable to change? The same goes for our estimate template.

I am working on a few custom inquiries for my company. Is there a good knowledge base or walkthrough source on how to begin and integrate the modules i.e. job costing, project management and others? Any help would be appreciated.
