Profit and Loss

Is there a way or method I can run a Profit and Loss for a specific time period - for example, 7/1/2018 through 6/30/2019?

Only if 6/30/2018 was you fiscal end date. If you are interested in doing that you should look at Anterra Bi as an option. Or, you could do a custom report. Why 7/1 to 6/30 ?
