Can't post from third party vendor with a code that states we do not have Business Works Support.  We do have current support which has been verified by Sage.

Sent our Business Works sales rep Cheryl Fulton our BW CS SYSTEM MANAGER information:Serial Number, Registration Number: Unlocking Key and Account ID.    It does not match what is in our Registration Information Report.   We can provide you with both to compare if you send a secure method.  Sure you have all on file though.

Business works sales rep stated our registration codes shouldn’t change. 

message is 46/0: Cannot access BWGAccess - Sage Business care plan not found.
46/0 BWGACESS.EXE requires and active support plan.
46/0 Please contact customer support.

Using your software with Orders Plus.

We had been successfully posting from Orders Plus to Business Works for several months after our migration to Business Works 2020.  (can't use 2021 with Orders Plus) and then a few weeks ago this message popped up.

    I am sorry you are having a issue with your link with Order Plus to BusinessWorks.  If you are receiving the error "46/0 Cannot access BWGAccess” when you try to link Orders Plus with BusinessWorks, the first thing you would want to do is confirm the registration you have in your BusinessWorks program does match what Sage has.  If it does not, then you will want to update yours to match what Sage has.  If they do match, then you would want to work with Sage Customer Support for further troubleshooting.  You can contact Sage Customer Support through Live Chat by going Help, Sage Live Chat or www.sagecity.com/resouces and select your region and product.
