There has been some issue with collating due to some changes done in Windows Vista/7. Because it was a change in Windows we do not have a work around for this. This appears to be an issue in other programs too, for example in article: bugs.sun.com/.../view_bug.do

If you have the ability to "print to PDF" choose it then open in your PDF reader, choose the collate options for the printer.

I use ABBYY PDF Transformer over Adobe for cost,Abbyy is on sale sometimes for $49 per install but use Adobe Reader to print./view.

I have a KonicaMinolta Bizhub C224 and C360 and have no problems collating, stapling, folding , and duplexing PDF documents.
