The manuals are pdf's that can be found if you are using the viewer.

Garner-  Sage does not produce physical books, but Sage BusinessWorks manuals are located under the 'Electronic Manuals...' on the Sage BusinessWorks Welcome page. (If you do not see the Welcome Page, select View from the Launcher menu, and then select 'Viewer' and click the 'Welcome' module.)

Resources available from the 'Electronic Info' resource bar:

-Setup Preparation Guide: The Setup Preparation Guide presents the accounting principles behind each Sage BusinessWorks module, the steps you should complete to prepare for setting up Sage BusinessWorks, troubleshooting tips, importing guidelines, and installation and setup steps for the Sage BusinessWorks Link.

-Product Digest: The Product Digest is designed to provide you with an overview of the Sage BusinessWorks modules, information on system-wide features and third-party integration, lists of key features and technical specifications, plus many informative report samples.

The Help feature in each module (also accessible by clicking the 'How do I...' button or the '?' button in each option) thoroughly explains the options available in the module and how to use them.

I was looking for more of the answers to data base error messages I keep getting at various times. Can't really afford to pay for help every time we have these issues. Didn't have these problems with our 2010

Garner-  You can always use the Knowledgebase on line.  To access the Knowledgebase:

1. Go to https://support.na.sage.com. This will bring up the Welcome to the Sage Customer Portal screen.

2. Select Login and enter Username and Password. This will take you to the Sage Support screen.

3. On the left, select your Product

4. In Type your search text or article ID here enter the search text.
