Using Gmail with Businessworks 2021

Question

I noticed that now when sending an email, it has a dropdown for "gmail". However, even with contacting google support, I am unable to get this to work. I am familiar with setting up smtp settings, etc, but am not familiar with OAUTH2. 
 
 Is there an existing "Client ID" "API", etc for connecting gmail to Businessworks 2021? Thank You

 Technically our system only supports and tests in fully MAPI compliant programs like Outlook. Gmail is web based email not a MAPI compliant software 
 There were some changes in V2021 that allows more options when emailing out of the program that may assist when using different programs. 
 Please review articles below for more information regarding these changes, which includes additional information for Gmail specifically. For information on API settings for your email system, etc. you will need to work with your Gmail administrator to provide that information and assistance with changing your setup.
