I installed 2018 Businessworks SP1, but the federal payroll allowances and rates did not change. Will there be another service pack to install soon
Thanks
Fred
For what we pay for service we shouldn't have to do it by hand nor should be have to ask in a forum!! The communication between Sage and their customers is less than acceptable!!
Testing the tables?? Come on this is crazy!! As I said in my other reply if we were late in paying for bill we'd be charged a late charge but there is NOTHING we can do to get any of our money back!!…
Agreed, but I wanted that money in my pocket now!
Thank you flgchandler for your post. Please note if you do it by hand make sure you are updating the Federal Taxes (US) in the menu NOT the state taxes which automatically come up first. So yes I had to correct my NYS Single Tax bracket and then do the Federal. It worked!! and only took about half an hour without my corrections which took another 1/2 hr or so. It was well worth the time spent!! However I still feel the updates should be to the users by now. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
I actually tried to manually updated them, but it won't save the tables. You didn't have this issue?
I've had issues with everything I've done in sage since starting the year end process. When I try to get help, it takes DAYS for me to get through to anyone, with little, to no result after actually speaking to someone. I'm so very sick of Sage customer service.
It is the first part of February and I have employees livid. Is there any update? This is ridiculous!
I just looked on the downloads and service pack 2 is there and I downloaded it and then went and checked my Tax table and it is correct.
Thanks!
