While I am doing my account rec, no other users are allowed to work in Sage 50 Remote Data Access. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix? We did not have this issue until we switched to cloud version.

I am very new to Sage and took over for another bookkeeper. He did the bank reconciliations, but he did them all under one account instead of splitting them into the three separate bank accounts that they actually use.
I am looking for any suggestions…
