Backup error with DYNAZIP error 18

I have now had THREE clients in the past 2 weeks report an inability to run manual backups due to a DYNAZIP error 18. Three different companies, at three different locations, with three different IT support companies troubleshooting this. All have followed the steps listed in the KB for fixing this (which has a very old date), and all three have reported no success in resolving the issue. 

Seems like something is amiss with 2023, which all three companies are running (2 Premium, 1 Quantum). Time to pass this - or these clients - to Development, or Level 2 Support?
