Its been a nightmare for me. The issue is passwords. I am the administrator I KNOW my user name and password. Once again it does not recognize me. Once again I am on hold with customer support for 40 minutes…

Hi Eliani, very sorry about our current wait times, the wait shouldn't be much longer. The team has advised that we have resolved the most common issue with the new release (performance issues in inventory lists, referenced here).
