Its been a nightmare for me.  The issue is passwords.  I am the administrator  I KNOW my user name and password. Once again it does not recognize me.  Once again I am on hold with customer support for 40 minutes.   

I can help you with your password, but I do charge for my time.

Hi Eliani, very sorry about our current wait times, the wait shouldn't be much longer. The team has advised that we have resolved the most common issue with the new release (performance issues in inventory lists, referenced here).  We are continuing to work on any remaining issues and encourage anyone who encounters issues with the 2023 version release to reach out to our support team. Thank you for your reply. I am posting this for the sake of anyone in corporate as most Sage technician are helpful.  I have been with Peachtree now Sage since 1999. Never once was an upgrade easy. You'd think you know by now.
