Your data will need to be "stepped up" -- meaning it will first have to be converted to a Sage 50 version 2014 or newer and then from there it can be converted to 2020.  It's a simple process but requires the intermediate step which we can do for you and if you purchase your software from us we can provide a great price for the software and data conversion package.
