Can anyone confirm if a Sage 300 user has to be available to view Order Inquiries in Sage CRM?
We are encountering an issue where the company does regularly reach their total number of users in Sage 300. It seems that when they do, if a CRM user goes to Order Inquiry and try and view an order (with the CRM Screen which is now the Web Screen, they get the message:
An Unexpected problem has occurred. Please try again or contact your administrator for assistance.
If a user logs out from Sage 300, then try and view an order again in CRM, it opens fine.
If it is required, how can this be achieved as I'm not aware that you can permanently assign a Lanpak to a particular user?
