1.  when previewing you can export into PDF

2. you can record a macro printing your report to a file - these macros are pretty good at showing how to print etc.

3. you cannot read a PDF into Sage300 with out some processing by software

Thus, we can only use a script to export invoices to PDF from web screens.
But we cannot receive them via API. 
Is it correct?

for std desktop API; go to top menu - macros - record button and tell it where to put recording

then do the report you want once manually in a clean efficient way

when done stop the macro recording and a screen will open to show you the programming needed

to do the report.
