O/E Forms (Credit/Debit Notes)

After a recent upgrade to Sage 2020 we found that on O/E Forms (Credit/Debit Notes), the drop down box for Document Type selection is disabled for one company and not others, The only option available is for Credit Note printing/reprinting. Why is this drop down box disabled?

Nah, that's not it. Wait... Did you forget to activate the new version in that company?

Hi Jay. I have cleared all UI Profiles and assignments and logged on as ADMIN. The dropdown is still not available.

We had upgraded from 5.5 and yes, the new version was activated in all companies. Found that the CRDUNIQ of the first OECRDH record was 0. Changed to 1 and the UI worked as it should. Tested on Sample company by changing the first record to 0 and the UI failed. So there was bad data in the tables.
